FAQ's
- This Site
Frequently
asked questions about this site:
What does the work available here consist of?
The work consists of candidate's reports and knowledge evidence (questions
and answers) for the units specified.
The candidate's reports are fully referenced and contain the PCs and
Ranges for that unit. The knowledge evidence (questions and answers)
cover the full knowledge requirements for the unit concerned.
How can this work help me?
The work available on this site is designed and intended to provide
NVQ Care candidates with a research tool, similar to (but hopefully
more useful than) many of the reference texts that are already widely
available for your support and guidance.
Will this work provide me with all the help I need?
No. The candidate's reports and knowledge questions are only a part
of the evidence requirements for NVQ. They are, however, a big part
of it - the written part , with which candidates often have the most
difficulty. NVQ's candidates are also required to demonstrate their
competency from sources of evidence which may include: witness testimonies
from colleagues; work products; professional discussion and/or direct
observation by their assessors.
How can I be sure about the quality of the work?
The candidate's reports and knowledge evidence available on this site
have all been written by successful candidates. The work has been referenced,
assessed and verified by professionals in the field.
What if I have any questions about the work I have bought?
If you have any questions, you can contact us (details on the "About

CDs and printed material will be posted out within seven days of payment notification".
What format will the delivered material be, and do I need any special computer programs to read it?
Material delivered as email attachments or on CD-ROM is in PDF format. If you cannot already view PDF documents on your computer, you will need to download and install a suitable PDF reader. You may download such a reader direct from the Adobe website for free by clicking here.
