This workshop package is a valuable training resource for any one involved with the delivery and training of NVQ Health & Social Care, Assessors, IV’s, trainers etc.

• A PowerPoint presentation, whichcovers all aspects of the legislation for units 22/32 and can also be printed out as a handout to be given to the candidate to take away with them for easy reference.
• A set of questions for both HSC22 & HSC32. These questions are to be used as an exercise after the  presentation has been given. They map directly across to the relevant unit and are fully referenced.
• A reference paper for both, which provides sample answers for you, the Assessor/Trainer, which can be used for your guidance and support for you and your candidates. Fully referenced.
• There are two exercises for the candidate to complete which will relate to the KS and should produce some performance evidence; fully referenced.
