Shipping & Returns

All material purchased will be made available for download as soon as your payment has been cleared. In most case this is immediate upon returning to our site following payment via the Pay Pal facility. Each purchased item will be downloadable as a ZIP file containing one or more PDF format documents.

Please note, purchased items WILL NOT be delivered to you on a CD-ROM or in printed form nor will they be emailed to you, they MUST be downloaded from us by YOU.

On completion of your purchase simply download the purchased material as follows:
1. If you are not already logged in, then login in to your account using your email address and the password you chose when you created your account.
2. Go to your account by clicking on the 'My Account' link.
3. Call up the details of your order by clicking on the 'View' link alongside the applicable order.
4. Click on the 'Download' link alongside each item and choose the 'Save' option to save the unit to your computer. You will then be presented with a dialog in which you need to specify the directory you wish to save the ZIP file to. Be sure to take note of the chosen directory as you will need this in the next step. You will need to repeat this step for each unit purchased and we recommend you save all units to the same directory so that you don’t ‘lose’ them.
5. After you have downloaded all purchased files to your computer, navigate to the directory noted in step 4 above to find the downloaded ZIP file(s).
6. Next, use a suitable program (e.g. WinZip or Microsoft Windows built in support for ZIP) to unzip the ZIP file contents to expose the one or more PDF files that constitute the purchased unit.
7. Finally, view the PDF files with a suitable PDF viewer (see below).
Remember each purchased unit/item will be a ZIP file containing one or more PDF format files.
You will be entitled to download each item up to 2 times within 7 days of purchase after which the 'Download' link will disappear.

If you cannot already view PDF documents on your computer, you will need to download and install a suitable PDF reader. You may download such a reader direct from the Adobe website for free by clicking here.

Due to the nature of the material available from NVQ Made Easy, we operate a strict NO RETURN NO REFUND policy.
